In short, all of our medial cots and standing frames are exempt from VAT for eligible individuals, which includes those registered as disabled, blue-badge holders, and those with a long-term physical or mental impairment that affects their ability to carry out everyday activities.

Claiming VAT Exemption Relief

The government requires that eligible individuals complete a 'Declaration of Eligibility for VAT Relief' form in writing. This can be found on our downloads page.

Once you have completed the exemption form, please either scan and email it back to us at info@oswestryframes.co.uk, or post it back to us at Oswestry Care Beds, Berwyn Mill, New Road, Glyn Ceiriog, Wrexham LL20 7HF, whereafter we will store the document with the rest of our VAT records.
